Baker Boucher was founded in 2012 by a group of experienced managers, all having a track record in resourcing IT talent and executives.

Our vision is that IT resourcing should be similar to a Baker’s job: simple reliable delivery, every day again, high quality, low pricing, no-nonse. Or a butcher’s job. To emphasize the international character we’ve chosen the English Baker and the French butcher (boucher).

During the first few years we advised clients how to organise their resourcing and assessed many IT providers and IT recruiters in Eastern Europe and Asia.
Later we built our own IT resourcing ecosystem together with our partners abroad.
